| 5 | ◦Velma Mae Thacker of Marlin, Texas, passed away on March 21, 2004, in Canyon Lake, Texas, at the age of 91 years. Mrs. Thacker was born Feb. 17, 1913, in New Mexico to W.L. and Ophelia Hunter of Eldorado, OK. She grew up in Eldorado, OK. On May 25, 1935, she married James G. Thacker in Gould, OK. She was a member of Trinity Memorial Baptist Church in Marlin, Texas. She worked alongside her husband at Thacker Printing Company. She was the mother of two daughters, Glenda Inez Rochell and Darla K. Thacker -Lloyd. She is preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Thacker and a daughter, Glenda Inez Rochell. She is survived by Daughter, Darla K. Lloyd of Canyon Lake, Texas; sister, Omega Groves of Hobart, OK; brother-in-law, Talmadge Davidson of Gould, OK; sister-in-law, Dorothy Hunter of Altus, OK; five grandchildren, six great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. Serving as pallbearers were Kenneth G. Rochell, Timothy Rochell, James Rochell, Jeffrey W. Lloyd, Michael J. Lloyd and Lawrence A. ?Andy? Bergstrom.
